Dining Room Before and After Water Damage

Our customer had an ice maker line leak for an undetermined amount of time.  The one time water damage had turned to mold was by the time they realized what had happened.  Upon initial inspection it was found that the water had spread across multiple rooms.  We had to remove the tile so we could get to the subfloor and properly treat the mold.  The customer decided they wanted to go back with an engineered hardwood instead of tile.  The change was an easy one for us to accommodate and made a world of difference in the appearance of the customer's home.
