Unfortunately our world is a place in which bad things happen like suicide’s, we recently received a call from an adjuster to see if it was possible that we could dispatch a crew immediately for the policy holder, as they had family members coming in and they did not want this scene to be visible. We here at SERVPRO of Coffee/Franklin/Warren Counties stopped what we were doing and sent a crew there to re-mediate. The family members were grateful for the quick response that was provided. This is one area of the business that is difficult as we are dealing with individuals who have recently lost a loved one, but in the same manner we were there to assist them during this hard time. After we cleaned contents that could be cleaned and removed materials that were contaminated the homeowners were extremely pleased and thanked us again for service.
